Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ScaleTrack Tutoring (“ScaleTrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using ScaleTrack on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms and represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Guided beta access

ScaleTrack is currently offered through a limited, guided beta. Access is provisioned by invitation; there is no public self-service signup. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue beta features as the service develops.

Organization responsibilities

Your organization is responsible for its users, invitations, roles, data, and connected services. You must keep account information accurate, protect access credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may provide information to ScaleTrack only when you have the right to do so.

Appropriate use

You may not use ScaleTrack to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, probe security controls, upload malicious material, or access another organization’s information. You may not rely on ScaleTrack as a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, medical, or educational advice.

Connected accounts

Connected Google, Zoom, and payment accounts remain subject to their respective provider terms. An organization authorizes its own connections and can revoke access. ScaleTrack does not take ownership of those accounts or guarantee third-party availability.

Data and communications

Your organization retains responsibility for the content it provides and the communications it sends. ScaleTrack is designed to support review and approval workflows, but the organization remains responsible for reviewing messages, confirming recipients, and complying with applicable communications, privacy, and education requirements.

Confidentiality and feedback

Each party will use the other’s non-public information only to operate or evaluate the service and will protect it with reasonable care. You may share feedback with us; we may use that feedback without restriction, provided we do not identify your organization without permission.

Disclaimers and limits

The beta service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScaleTrack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta service.

Ending access

You or we may end access to the beta at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination. We will address organization data export or deletion under the applicable agreement and reasonable operational timelines.
